No! You’ll have access to both at-home and gym-based workouts, so you can follow along with whatever fits your lifestyle.

You'll receive a welcome email with instructions to download the Holy Fit app, create your profile, and complete a short onboarding questionnaire before the cohort begins.

✔️ 3 workout sessions per week (45–60 minutes each)
✔️ Live coaching calls (about 45 minutes each, 1–3 times a week depending on your schedule)
✔️ Self-paced materials you can go through at your convenience -
That’s okay! Holy Fit Foundations is fully online. But if you are in Dallas, you’ll also receive discounted or free access to Holy Fit in-person events throughout the year.
